These guys are great I have ordered several fish and only lost one but even then the were so great to work with at giving me credit so I could replace my lost fish

I had one DOA follow the procedures of credit was issued no questions asked just as indicated on their website that we shipped another fish with a different fish order i had no problems on Accommodating the changes. They got it all right.

Ordered a group of ten blue legged…

Ordered a group of ten blue legged hermit crabs and one gobi fish. Gobi seems healthy, crabs however were all dead/empty shells except for 1. It's possible this was due to shipping but unfortunate. Probably will not order again.

my livestock came in a day late thanks to FedEx Express

my livestock order came in a day late from Fed ex overnight. 3 doa's and took pictures and contacted Saltwater fish.com. Representative was very helpful and emailed me the replacement form. Im hoping next carrier will treat with care

Hello, can you please tell me if there is an ongoing issue with Saltwaterfish.com? I've been like several others trying to get in touch with someone concerning my order and i can't reach anyone? If there is a problem just let me know so I I'm not running around trying to figure out why no one will contact me. Thank you,

Them seem to have a phone, nobody trained to answer (monkies are keep). I ordered 01/05/18 and still don't have 01/16/18 (that overnight) received email twice claiming order will ship but as stated no fish - this causes me to see red flags. I have requested cancel order and refund - we shall see what happens.
